- After that, you're billed on the 1st of each month, and mailings go out in the first two weeks.

Frequently asked questions
When will my mail arrive? We ship in the first two weeks of each month. Untracked (U.S.) 5 to 14 business days; tracked (U.S.) 4 to 10 business days; international 2 to 5 weeks.
What if my mail is lost or damaged? If untracked mail hasn't arrived one month after it shipped, reach out and we'll send a free replacement (based on inventory). If a wrong address was provided at checkout, a reshipment fee applies. For damaged items, please save photos and contact us.
Can I add other shop items to my order? We recommend keeping mail club orders separate; added items may ship on the club's schedule or separately. Mail club can't be combined with other discounts.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel? Yes, anytime. Just open your subscription management page from your account.
Where do you ship? The U.S. and internationally.
